The amount of time required to properly photograph a home or commercial building can vary greatly. The biggest factor is the size of the property. As a general guideline plan on at least 1 hour. But many large homes and commercial or retail buildings can take up to two hours for the real estate photographer to cover the property. The time required for your photo shoot will be discussed at the time of booking.
If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled shoot (i.e. rain, heavy clouds and the like) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available open shoot date. If you chose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, please understand that the listed pricing includes blue sky replacement if necessary.

Drone photography and video tours take longer to process we offer a 48 hours turn around time for these services.
Vitual staging requires a longer turn around time. Typically 5 business days.
